• Check-out time is 11:00. Late check out is available on request. Otherwise the full fare for a night will be charged.
• After checking out, please refrain from using the bathroom, kitchen and any other facility in the house and equipment belong to the house.
• In case of any damage cased by the guest will be repaired on the account of the guest.
• The house is completely smoke-free.
• It is rest period between 22:00 and 7:00. Therefore, please refrain from making big noise during that time.(Genieße die Ruhe in der Gegend und die Sterne draußen, wenn das Wetter gut ist.)
• If you'd like to invite any external guests to the house, please inform the owner in advance.
• Alcohol can be consumed only on the ground floor.
• Guests are expected to behave respectfully.
• The owner hold the right to ask the guests leave the house, if there is any violation against the house rule.
• Please keep the kitchen clean and wash up the dishes and kitchen ware.
• Guests are responsible for all personal belongings and valuables
• In case of any violation against the house rules, the owner might ask the guest to leave the house immediately without any refund.
